Responsibility
A more conscious way to produce
Create less, create better
and create with intention
For Karizia, responsibility starts with how we choose to create.
It's not about producing more. It's about producing better. About working with intention, respecting the time of the craft, and creating pieces designed to last.
Our practice stems from silver, from manual labor, and from a close relationship with artisans and workshops in Taxco, Guerrero. A city where jewelry is not an industry, but a living heritage passed down from hand to hand for generations.
We work on a small scale because we believe that the size of what is made does not define its value. Its value is defined by the attention behind every decision: the design, the material, the technique, the process, and the hands that make it possible.
People
Because behind every piece there is human labor, technical knowledge, and local collaboration.
Product
Because every piece of jewelry must have a reason for being: to be well-made, to have intention, and to respond to an aesthetic and personal quest.
Permanence
Because we believe in objects that last, that are cared for, and that accompany the lives of those who choose them.
