EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges must be made within a maximum period of 15 days after purchase. Items may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value, but under no circumstances will a refund be issued.

To make an exchange, the item must be sent in its original packaging to our local workshop at Cerro del Pedregal No. 1 Int., Col. La Misión, CP 40230, Taxco de Alarcón, Guerrero, Mexico.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive a notification with the steps to follow so the merchandise can be sent back to you. Please note that the storage and reshipment of your product or products may incur an additional cost.
