Pursuant to Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”), we hereby inform you that KARIZIA FERNANDA MONTERO RIVERA, hereinafter referred to as “KARIZIA JEWELRY DESIGNS”, with address located at Av. de los Plateros 143, Altos, Postal Code 40230, Taxco, Guerrero, Mexico, is responsible for collecting your personal data, for the use given to such data, and for its protection.

Registered users of KARIZIA JEWELRY DESIGNS on the website karizia.mx, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, agree and undertake to use and browse the Site, as well as to use its content, in good faith and under their own responsibility.

The personal data provided shall be processed and safeguarded based on the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility established in the Law and in the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the “Regulations”, with special and particular consideration for any personal data and/or sensitive data that may be obtained, in order to guarantee privacy and the right to informational self-determination of the data subjects.

It is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the User of KARIZIA JEWELRY DESIGNS to update their own data, without any liability for KARIZIA JEWELRY DESIGNS.

At any time, the User shall have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object to the processing of all their personal data. To exercise this right, the User must access the Site. The request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition must include and be accompanied by the following:

  1. The User’s name and address, or another means through which the response to the request may be communicated.
  2. Documents proving the User’s identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the User.
  3. A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which the User seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.
  4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

The Personal Data Protection Officer shall process the requests of Users who are data subjects for the exercise of the rights referred to in this Privacy Notice, the Law, and the Regulations, promoting the protection of personal data.

KARIZIA JEWELRY DESIGNS shall process Users’ requests for the exercise of the rights referred to in the Law.

In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, the User must indicate, in addition to the information mentioned above, the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the request.

KARIZIA JEWELRY DESIGNS shall inform the User, within a maximum period of five business days from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition was received, of the decision adopted, so that, if appropriate, it may be carried out within ten business days following the date on which the response is communicated.
