What material are your pieces made of?
We work with silver and materials carefully selected for their quality, finish, and character.
Some pieces incorporate natural stones, pearls, or other elements that may present unique variations characteristic of organic materials.
Are your parts made in Mexico?
Yes. All our pieces are designed and made in Mexico.
We work from Taxco, Guerrero, collaborating with artisan processes and production carefully carried out by Mexican hands.
WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION TIMES?
Production times can take between 3 to 5 business days and may be extended on holidays
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PIECE?
Depending on the project and availability, we can work on certain special or custom pieces.

What is the delivery time?
All our orders go through a careful preparation and production process.
Mexican Republic:
Production times can take between 3 to 5 business days.
Once handed over to the courier, shipping takes approximately 2 to 5 additional business days, depending on the area.
During peak seasons such as Christmas, Buen Fin, New Year, or other special dates, delivery times may vary slightly.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package until it reaches you.
Can the natural stones in my pieces vary from the photo on the website?
Yes. All our stones are carefully selected and come from Mexican suppliers, prioritizing natural materials that retain their beauty, character, and authenticity.
Each stone has unique patterns, veins, and shades, so no two pieces will be exactly alike.
Natural stones can also have varying degrees of hardness. Although they are resistant materials, they are still fragile and can break or chip if subjected to strong impacts or dropped on hard surfaces.
We recommend handling your pieces with care and avoiding modifying or forcing their shape.

How should I care for my pieces?
Our pieces are made to accompany you every day, but proper care helps preserve them better over time.
We recommend:
Removing your jewelry when bathing, sleeping, exercising, or cleaning.
Avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, makeup, chlorine, and other chemical products.
Storing them in a dry place away from humidity.
Avoiding bumps or falls on hard surfaces.
Being careful when wearing multiple rings together to prevent wear between pieces.
Natural stones can also be affected by humidity and certain chemicals, so we recommend not storing your pieces in the bathroom.
